We know
how time is precious when running a business so we try
not to take up too much of your time as we work to provide
you with your own company newsletter.
Experience
shows that most of the material you want to publish
in your newsletter is already ava ilable –
somewhere within your organisation. The information
is already on someone’s computer, in briefing
notes, or in their mind. All you need to do is
identify a contact person who can help collate
the information that will be included in the publication.
|
| |
We
then visit your site, meet with the contact person,
and work through the collected material, asking
the right questions to ensure the articles will
be well structured and give the information intended.
|
| |
Back
in our studios we write up the text, fleshing
out the facts, to make the article more interesting
for the readers. Photographs are re-touched and
added, together with appropriate images from our
extensive photo library, all to create lively,
attractive copy.
|
| |
Once
compiled, a draft PDF is created for you to view
and add your comments. We work through provisional
drafts until you approve the final copy before
starting a print run, and then delivering the
finished copies, ready for issue to employees. |
|
|
| |
 |
| The newsletter
should also be published with a view that it will
be read by customers, or potential customers. This
gives you the chance to keep them up-to-date with
your business and show that you are managing a successful
company. |
| By
publishing a regular issue you can help ensure that
it’s your product, your services, your company
brand, that they remember above the competition. |
